Top UK broadband complaints list
The most complained internet and phone services provider is TalkTalk.
From April to June, it topped the list of angry customers, while Virgin Media attracted fewest complaints. However, TalkTalk had got better since last year.
In mobile internet, the most complaints were about three (3). O2 was the least complained about.
By last year reports, TalkTalk and three (3) were most problematic companies too. Last year TalkTalk and its Tiscali UK received a £3m fine for incorrectly billing more than 65,000 customers for services they had not received.
